What types of wire mesh and opening sizes can your machine produce?

Our machines are designed to produce MS (Mild Steel) and SS (Stainless Steel) wire mesh with opening sizes ranging from 1 mm to 120 mm, suitable for industrial, construction, and screening applications.

What is the wire diameter capacity, mesh width, and production speed?

We manufacture machines capable of handling wire diameters from 0.8 mm up to 12 mm, with mesh widths up to 2.5–3 meters. Production speed is optimized for continuous operation, ensuring high output per shift.

Do you provide installation, operator training, and after‑sales service with spare parts?

Yes. We provide complete installation and commissioning support, operator training, and reliable after‑sales service. Spare parts are readily available to minimize downtime and keep your production running smoothly.

What is the delivery timeline, warranty coverage, and payment terms?

Delivery is typically 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Machines come with a 1‑year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Flexible payment terms are available to suit client requirements.

Can the machine be customized for specific client requirements or exported internationally?

Absolutely. We offer customization to meet unique production needs and export our machines worldwide with proper packaging, documentation, and compliance certifications.

Are your machines ISO certified and compliant with international standards?

Yes. All machines are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certification and comply with international quality and safety standards.

How do you handle spare parts and service requests?

Spare parts are stocked and dispatched quickly. Our service team provides on‑site support or remote guidance depending on client preference.

Taxes – GST @ 18% extra, as applicable.
Handling & Forwarding – Charges payable separately. Packaging charges at 1.5% of invoice value.
Installation – ₹6,000 per day. All travel and accommodation costs to be borne by the buyer.
Payments – 40% advance at confirmation, 60% balance before delivery.
Delivery – 30–45 working days from purchase order (P.O.) date.
Warranty –
- Hydraulic System: 1 year warranty against defects.
- Control Panels & Motors: 1 year manufacturer warranty.
- Covers repairs, replacements, and technical support.
- Excludes wear & tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Quotation Validity – Valid for 10 days from issuance.

8. Cancellation – Orders canceled after confirmation will incur a fee equal to 10% of the total invoice value to cover administrative and procurement costs.

9. Dispute Resolution – All disputes subject to Howrah jurisdiction only.

10. Return & Refund Policy –

Returns/refunds not applicable once the machine is installed and commissioned.

In case of manufacturing defects, repairs or replacements will be provided under warranty terms.
